The Content Society provides personal branding and social media management services for individuals, founders, coaches, consultants, creators, professionals, and public-facing personalities.

Our services may include:

• Personal brand content strategy
• Script writing for reels/videos
• Shoot planning and creative direction
• Reel/video shooting as per selected package
• Video editing
• Captions and post copywriting
• Social media account handling
• Posting or scheduling content on the client's account
• Basic content performance review and suggestions

The exact services will depend on the package selected by the client.

All package charges must be paid in advance before the beginning of the work.

Work will only begin after the advance payment is received and confirmed. The payment confirms the client's booking, package, and service timeline.

Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases where The Content Society is unable to provide the agreed service due to internal reasons.

The number of shoots provided will depend on the package selected by the client:

10 Reel Package

• Includes up to 10 reels/content pieces
• Includes 2 shoots in one month

15 Reel Package

• Includes up to 15 reels/content pieces
• Includes 3 shoots in one month

30 Reel Package

• Includes up to 30 reels/content pieces
• Includes 5 shoots in one month

Any additional shoot, reel, revision, or content requirement outside the selected package may be charged separately.

The Content Society will manage the client's social media account from content planning to execution. This may include writing scripts, planning content, shooting videos, editing reels, writing captions, and posting or scheduling content on the client's account.

The client must provide required access, permissions, login credentials, or admin access wherever needed. The Content Society will keep all account details confidential and will not share them with any third party.

The client is responsible for:

• Providing correct personal, professional, service, and content-related information
• Being available for scheduled shoots
• Giving timely approvals and feedback
• Sharing required photos, videos, references, account access, and other materials
• Ensuring that all claims, statements, achievements, testimonials, or information shared for content are true and lawful

Delays from the client's side may affect the final delivery timeline.

Shoot dates will be mutually planned between the client and The Content Society.

If the client cancels or reschedules a shoot, they must inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may be counted as one scheduled shoot, depending on the situation.

If a shoot is delayed due to reasons outside our control, including client unavailability, location issues, weather, permission problems, or technical restrictions, the shoot may be rescheduled based on availability.

The package may include reasonable revisions for content edits. However, repeated changes, complete reshoots, major script changes after approval, or changes due to new client preferences may be charged additionally.

Once the client approves the content, The Content Society will not be responsible for further changes unless agreed separately.

The delivery timeline will depend on the package, shoot schedule, approvals, and workload.

The Content Society will make every effort to deliver content on time. However, delays caused by client feedback, approval delays, rescheduling, or lack of required information will not be considered our responsibility.

The Content Society may post or schedule content on behalf of the client only after receiving the required access or permission.

The client understands that social media platforms may have their own rules, algorithm changes, technical issues, reach fluctuations, or restrictions. The Content Society is not responsible for platform-related errors, account restrictions, reach drops, or technical failures caused by the platform.

The Content Society will work to improve the client's personal brand, content quality, consistency, and social media presence.

However, we do not guarantee any fixed number of followers, leads, views, engagement, viral reach, enquiries, or business results. Social media performance depends on many factors including audience behavior, niche, content topic, platform algorithm, client positioning, communication quality, and consistency.

Once full payment is received, the final approved content created for the client may be used by the client for their own social media and personal branding purposes.

The Content Society may use selected content, screenshots, results, or portfolio samples for marketing, case studies, or promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins.

Raw files, project files, unedited footage, editing timelines, and internal working files are not included unless agreed separately.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. Any login details, personal information, private discussions, unpublished content ideas, pricing, and internal processes shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties without permission.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Extra reels beyond the selected package
• Extra shoot days
• Reshoots requested by the client
• Paid locations or studio bookings
• Travel outside the agreed location
• Props, makeup, styling, or special arrangements
• Urgent delivery requests
• Major revisions after approval
• Any service not included in the selected package

Any additional cost will be discussed with the client before proceeding.

If the client cancels the package after work has started, the advance payment will not be refunded.

If the client pauses the project due to personal reasons, the project may be resumed based on The Content Society's availability. Long delays from the client side may require a revised timeline or additional charges.

Both The Content Society and the client agree to maintain professional communication and mutual respect throughout the project.

The Content Society has the right to stop work if there is abusive behavior, non-cooperation, repeated delays, non-payment, or misuse of our work.

The Content Society will not be liable for losses, damages, account issues, business loss, low performance, or third-party platform problems arising from social media activity.

Our responsibility is limited to providing the agreed services under the selected package.
